Card
Which nol cards can be topped up through this site?
The form accepts the standard 16-digit numbers printed on Silver, Personal and Gold cards. Blue and student cards stay on their dedicated channels.
What are the per-top-up limits?
Anonymous Silver cards accept 25–1 000 AED per top-up; registered Personal and Gold cards accept up to 5 000 AED. The minimum balance kept on the card is 7.5 AED.
Can I refill a card that belongs to a relative?
Yes. The site never asks for the holder’s identity — only the 16-digit number. The balance ends up on the physical card no matter who initiated the top-up.
Payment
How long until the balance reaches the card?
Day-time top-ups land on the card in 5–45 minutes. Late-night requests may queue until the next clearing window opens at 05:00 Gulf time.
Why do I see only two fields on the form?
By design. The number identifies the card and the amount tells the gateway how much to load — anything else would be friction. Your contact details are taken from the call-back step on the next screen.
Will I get a receipt?
Yes — once the call-back step is completed and the bank confirms the charge, a TRN-bearing PDF is sent to the email address you give there. Receipts are bilingual on demand.
Refunds
I typed the wrong number — what now?
No money leaves your account until the call-back step. If you spot a typo before that, simply close the tab and start again. After the charge, write to the support address with the order ID.
How do refunds work for un-spent balance?
Send the order ID within 30 days. Un-credited amounts go back to the original card in 5–7 banking days; credited but un-spent balances are returned in 7–14 banking days, net of a small bank-side fee.
Account
Do I need to register?
No — there is no account, no password, no SMS code. Every top-up is a one-shot order. Repeat top-ups simply repeat the same two-field form.
Is the page available in Arabic?
Yes. Use the flag switch in the header to load the Arabic right-to-left version. Receipts can be sent in either language; the choice is offered on the call-back step.
