Terms of service.
1. Scope
These terms govern use of nolcardaed.my and the top-up service operated by NOLCARD/AED Top-up (the “Service”). By submitting the form on the home page you accept these terms. The Service is independent and is not affiliated with any government transport authority.
2. The service
The Service forwards a top-up request to its acquiring partner, who in turn updates the balance of the indicated nol card via the transit-card system. The Service does not issue, replace or block nol cards.
3. Eligibility & accuracy
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate data. The card number you enter is your responsibility — top-ups credited to a wrong but valid card cannot be reversed once the balance has been spent.
4. Payment & receipts
Payments are processed by Visa or Mastercard via the acquiring bank. The bank may decline a payment for risk reasons. A successful payment is followed by a TRN-bearing PDF receipt sent to the email address you provided on the call-back step.
5. Refund policy
Refund requests are accepted within 30 days of the original transaction, subject to the following conditions:
- If the balance has not yet been credited to the card — full refund within 7 banking days.
- If the balance has been credited but not spent — refund net of a 5 AED processing fee, within 14 banking days.
- If the balance has been partly spent — refund of the remaining amount only, net of the 5 AED fee.
Send refund requests to support@nolcardaed.my from the email used for the order, including the order ID.
6. Service availability
The Service is available 24/7 except for short maintenance windows announced on the home page in advance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and are not liable for delays in batch processing on the transit operator side.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount of the disputed transaction. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or punitive damages, or for losses caused by mis-typed card numbers.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to launder money, finance illegal activity, or test stolen card data. We co-operate with banks and the relevant authorities on fraud investigations.
9. Service-level commitments
- Form availability target — 99.5% measured monthly.
- Payment-gateway response — under 6 seconds at the 95th percentile.
- Receipt delivery — within 5 minutes of a successful charge confirmation in 99% of cases.
- First reply on phone / WhatsApp — within 30 minutes, around the clock.
If a service-level commitment is missed materially the customer can request a refund of the bank fee on the affected order via the Refund procedure above.
10. Force majeure
The Service is not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including acts of public authority, telecommunications failures at the issuer or acquirer side, scheduled maintenance windows of the transit-card system, natural disasters or armed conflict. We will, however, make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers and to refund un-credited transactions even when force majeure is invoked.
11. Intellectual property
The textual content, the design system and the source code of this site are the property of NOLCARD/AED Top-up. The names of payment networks, transport authorities and city services are mentioned for reference only and remain the property of their respective owners.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced on the home page for 14 days; the date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Service after the announcement period constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
13. Governing law & dispute resolution
These terms are governed by the law of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes that cannot be resolved by direct contact go to the competent courts of Dubai. Before opening a dispute we ask customers to contact support@nolcardaed.my and allow 14 days for a written response.
